  I had a horrible experience at Artistic Tile. The salesperson suggested and sold me a glass tile that would not work with my project. The tile was ordered and I was not told it was a special order. When I tried to return, the tile they told me I was stuck with it. I paid over $300 for a tile I can't use. Very disappointed in the level of service. I should have stuck with the big box stores.
