  I don't normally even write reviews but my experience here was so bad that I just had to share how poor this place really is. My wife ordered laminate floors to be shipped here and somehow ended up in Florida. They explained there was a processing error and would be here by the following week. 3 weeks later we follow up with them, (that's right, they never called) and they explain that the shipment has ended up in New Jersey. Really guys? Another week passes and they tell us that the shipment will be here by Thursday 12.21.17. I drive there after work to pick it up in rush hour traffic during Christmas shopping season only to find out they only have 1 box out of the 3 we ordered and the other two will not be here until this Sunday. I cannot even describe in detail how piss poor this company is and how much they have inconvenienced us over these past 5 weeks but I promise you we will NEVER be doing business with this company again.
